Blogs have the added benefit of being classified by search engines as ‘new content’, which helps establish your website’s presence and rank, which in turn helps bring natural traffic or customers to you.

Once you have a website that has traffic, you can get it ranked with Google and then apply to add Google Adsense to your site and then you will be creating residual income with advertising revenues from Google!
